Why does he look bad when I turn my lights on? He only shrivvles up when I turn on my lights. Also my clown is taking food away from the anemone, Why? The clown started hosting him a couple hours after I put him in there.

Well what is your lighting exactly? Also test scores for water paramiters.
How long have you had the anemone?
As to why the clown steals the food -- its greedy and hungry. Feed the clown first then try to feed the anemone, if necessary keep the clown at bay for a while so the anemone can eat.
