Putting fish in aquarium?

Is putting a saltwater fish in the aquarium the same as freshwater? "Put bag and all in tank for about 20 minutes then release"

Oh no my friend. Look to the left of this forum board and you'll see a link labeled "Acclimation". Read that through, it will give you pretty much step by step instructions for acclimating your new marine pets.
