PVC Cement?

What type of cement/sealent is safe to use in a aquarium to connect PVC joints to prevent them from leaking? Thx

plain old pvc cement you would use in any other application.

i wouldn't put the pipe in while it's wet, but after it hardens it's fine. i have used pvc cement and the purple primer on all of my connections, and i have no trouble.

make sure the pvc cemment is completly dry..it is completly safe after its dried.
