PVC+Epoxy+LR= Aquascaping

ok i have been doing some research on using pvc to aquascape. what to do you use to get it to stick to the live rock/pvc? what is the best reef (glue) that i could buy in a large quantity?

What I plan on doing is drilling some of my live rock and running the pvc through it down to a large square base of pvc in order to make tall towering structures.
