pvc glue for wet/dry hose?

I am putting together a wet/dry I was hopeing somone could tell me the best thing to keep pvc tubeing to pvc pipes. what about (pvc cement,or epoxy, what?) is anything safe for saltwater fish.
I would appreciate any comments

I use Oatey purple pvc primer and pvc cement.
You can get at home improvement store or any plumbing shop.
Make sure what you get is NSF listed for use on potable water systems - and you'll be fine.
After assembly, I let the pvc fittings and piping cure overnight, then run some tap water through it.

i use hose clamps to put the tubing to pvc.

Hose clamps for fleixble hose to pvc fittings.
