Pygmy Angel is ill...

I got a pygmy angel 2 weeks ago. He was fine, eats well, but is very secretive. Right now he is in a 5 gallon QT, which may be kind of small for him. (he is a small fish, though) He is very secretive, and yesterday, I caught a good look of him. He has about 3 very small white spots on the lower fins. They are bigger than ick, I am sure he does not have ick because I have delt with it before. They are not close together, and I believe that it may be cauiflower disease. I am probably going to do a water change, and keep on feeding him good food, and see if he recovers.
Anyone know of this problem? He is acting fine, just shy.
Thanks.

Thanks a bunch. Do you think it would be better for my Pygmy to just go in the main tank? It seems pretty stressed out...
Thanks again.

You should leave the fish in QT for 3 wks. If the fish is eating and has no other disease symptoms, then go ahead and move him after the 3 wks in QT.

I've had my coral beauty in qt tank for two weeks treating for what I thought was ich. I've lowered salinity to 1.09 and treating w/ copper. Fish is acting perfectly normal. Eats and doesn't appear sick except for cauliflower looking knobs on fins and a couple on body. Is there anything more I should do?
