qt or not

i have some sort of cardinal not a bangai but similar to it and he has been acting kinda weird he swims with his mouth touching the water only stays at the top of the tank and sleeps upside down he eats fine and has no sign of illness my pseudochromis is some what aggressive tword him but only bothers him when he goes into his area of the rtank should i put him in the qt

Did you just get this fish? Is it damaged from aggression? How is his color, breathing?

color and breathing are fine had hime for about 6 months

I would keep an eye out for the moment, but be prepared to move to a hospital tank. You might want to do a water change if you haven't done one resently.
