qt question

do inverts (hermits, snails ect.) need to be in qt before introducing to main tank? also, can putting new, fully cured live rock, in main tank, bring in deseases or parasites such as ich? :notsure:

As far as I know it is very unlikely to transfer ich by means of inverts or LR, I believe there is one type of Ich that can live in LR, but like I said it is unlikely. This would probably be a good question for Beth or TerryB in the Disease and Treatment forum, or a good search topic.
