QT Setup!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to set up a QT tank for introducing new fish and for when sick are fish what is the smallest size tank i can use in order for what i want to do work. and what do i need in order to set it up lik equipment wise.
PS also look at my Looking at CLOWNS Thread cause no ones answered and i hav about 30 views and no replies.
