How do you keep a QT tank running so that it doesn't have to be cycled when needed if there is no source of ammonia? Can this be done with LR or water from the main tank?

Someone at the LFS said that Mollies can survive in saltwater. I wasn't completly convinced that he knew what he was talking about. Thanks for confirming.
