Qt tank size

I have a 7" lion and 4" emperor angel with ich and the only spare tank I have running is a 24g. Think they'd survive in there while I pick a bigger one up tommorrow morning? I have pictures of the lion in the fish disease section.

Are these the only fish you have? I ask because all the fish must be treated at the same time or it becomes a constant cycle. If these are your only fish, I would wait for the bigger tank. The lionfish could be too close in a 24g to the angel and hurt it.

No, I have a panther grouper, huma trigger, and 2 morays.
I'm afraid you'll have to treat all the fish and let your DT go fishless. Ich will almost certainly return otherwise. There are going to be forms of the parasite in your DT, even if you don't see them. I'd read about the life cycle of this nasty parasite; so the advice you get makes sense. Here's a good place to starthttps://forums.saltwaterfish.com/vb/showthread.php?t=127007

I'm currently doing hypo in my dt and was wondering if I move my inverts to my 180g: hermits, snails, and sand sifter starfish, will they take ich over with them? Tank has 3 blue damsels and is ready for inverts. Current salt level reading is 1.016.

That's a low salinity for inverts, I'd be very careful with acclimation if that's the route you're going.
I agree with srfisher17, you need to treat all fish or ich will rear its ugly head again, and sometimes it can be worse.
I could be wrong, but I don't believe that inverts can carry ich

I know thats low for inverts, I'm actually ready to replace another 20g with freshwater but I want to know if inverts can carry ich.
Yeah, I'm treating all of them, symptoms or no symptoms, thanks.

Inverts can't "catch" ich; but it is possible for forms of the bug to hitch a ride from one tank to another. I think this happens more than we realize, especially with corals. This is why I am a firm believer in putting everything in QT that I'm not 100% sure has been in a fishless environment for 4+ weeks...LR included.
