QT tank

i've been reading alot about tang=ich magnet, unfortunately, i love tangs, and have never had any problems. (knock on wood) everyone seems to suggest a QT tank, and ecspecially for new tangs. Can someone provide a simple, brief desc of a QT set up from start to finish, top to bottom. . Is it a tank that runs constantly? do I basically need to establish another system? thanks for the help.

Yes, you do need to run another separate system. The varibles for establishing a QT are many. Try doing a search here for QT or hospital tank to get some ideas. We have had many discussions.
