Quarantine question

Ok...I have set up a 25g quarantine tank that will be running all the time under my main tank...My main tank is a 75g...I was just wondering...When I put a fish in the quarantine for 3 weeks before adding it to the main tank, should I use a medicine such as copper or anything else, or should I not add anything...thanks for your help..

Don't add any medications whatsoever, however, as an added protection, you can perform hypo in the QT. This will extend your fish in QT for at least a wk.
