I have a 10 gallon QT which I cycled using a some small peices of live rock and a cup of substrate from my DT. The tank cycled and I had 0 ammonia and 0 nitrites. I added a dwarf lemonpeel angel and now I have an ammonia and nitrite spike. I started to add stability on a daily basis in order to speed up this 2nd cycle. I am also adding Prime daily inorder to protect the fish from ammonia and nitrite toxicity. The fish looks healthly and not in distress. She is eating a small amount but I dont think this is unusual for a new fish at this stage. She has been in my QT for 7 days and was at the LFS for approx 2 weeks. Any advice as to what I should do. Should i continue with the daily Stability and Prime? Should I do a water change or would this defeat the purpose of using the Stability? Should I just move her to my DT? Should I just ride it out? The ammonia is 0.5ppm and Nitrite 1.00ppm. I am using a simple sponge filter.
Any advice appreciated.

I would check if your test kits are compatible with the Prime and you are not reading a false positive. Water changes are good and will only help at this point. Move the fish when you feel comfortable it is free of all pests.
