Quarantine Tank

I have a 60 gal flat hex aqua-systems tank that I currently can not sell or at least get my money out of so I thought I would turn it into a quarantine tank. I have a few questions:
What do you want in a quarantine tank?
Live Rock?
Live Sand?
Or nothing?
What type of live do you keep in it when there are no fish in quarantine?
I currently have a 10 gal quarantine that I keep two small damsels in.

You don't need to put or keep anything in your quaranteen tank. ie...livesand, liverock, etc. You need to put something in there for the fish to hide like caves. Other than that, put your damsels in a tank unless you don't want them there with your other fish. Hope this helps.

Trey - if the tank is not cycled do you perform daily water changes if so how much?

I have a 10g sicky tank. I don't even leave it set up. I set it up when I need it. I take water from my 125g, treat it with what I am using. A couple clay pots for them to hide in. I do a water change daily. I have a filter on the back and one power head in the tank. When the fish is ready to move back to the 125, I taer down the sicky tank and put it away until I need it again. I don't know if this is correct, but it works for me.
