Queen Angel has a Fat Lip, with some cotton in her mouth

Hey guys ! I have my Queen Angel. She is in a 220. I got her a few weeks ago and was doing fine, until tonight. She has a fat lip, with looks like some stringy stuff inside her mouth. And looks like a little bit on the side of her. All readings are fine 1.021 Amm- 0 Nitrate 10 Nitrite 0 PH 8.2. I have pics. The first one is when I first got her, and the rest is the way she looks right now. Any help would be great, thanks

When I first got my queen angel she had some of that cottony stuff on her side fins, but it went away on its own. Took it a few weeks. Not sure if it's the same though. Mine didn't have anything in her mouth.

She was definitely my showpiece. I really would like to know why this happen,so maybe I can treat her right away if it happens again with another Queen. So Beth, you say lymphocystis, how do you treat that -? I think I seen it on your wonderful and great detail,Disease Fish thread.
