I used Adobe ImageReady - you can turn still pictures into animated gifs

I think there are freeware programs you can use, though.

The conch is fun to watch - just today I was target feeding my CCStar and accidentally knocked Queenie with the tongs and she flipped over on her back. I was about to flip her back over, but - no need - she extended her foot WAY out and kicked it hard, which caused her to flip backover as neat as can be!
