No..sorry.A lettuce nudibranch or sea hare will. You should approach this from another thought though=how do I eliminate hair algae..ie;test for phosphates, nitrates. What type of lighting, how old are bulbs??Back off on feeding. What type of water are you using..and what is the TDS{Total Dissolved Solids}of the water?Do water changes with quality RO/DI water.Consider adding a refugium to grow macro algae. The macro will outcompete the hair for nutrients. How much of a bio-load do you have..in what size tank?Increase your clean-up crew...and what do you have presently???

Absolutely, find the source for the hair algae problem. But if you want something to help eat it, try an emerald crab. They are verocious algae eaters, and they are peaceful and cool to watch! I'm pretty sure a queen conch will do like a fighting conch and mainly just sift through your sand bed!
