Queen Turbo-Skimmer TS-2000

Hey guys
I was thinking buying this skimmer for my 38 gallon tank but I really don't know if this skimmer is any good. What do you guys think? If this skimmer is no good which skimmer would you guys recommend? I plan to keep about 4 small fish but I plan to stock it heavily with corals. I building a sump/refugium so either a hang on back or in sump skimmer would work. I really don't want to spent a fortune on in either.

can't remmeber, but aren't they rated for around 100 gallon tanks, if so, it may be a little overkill for a 38 gallon tank
as for fish, with your plans for stocking, you may not need much for skimming, corals don't really add anything to the bio load at all
