Question about a cleaner shrimp

my cleaner shrimp was on my anemone yesterday and when it got on the anemone, it crenched and sucked in its tentaciles alittle. my question is will the cleaner shrimp hurt the anemone or was it just cleaning it?

mine tends to climb around on my anemone but it doesn't seem to have done any damage

The cleaner shrimp will not hurt your anemone.
About the only harm they do is to ofen steal whatever meaty food you are feeding.
