Question about a new RO/DI Filter

Hey guys I bought a RO/DI on ---- its a 6 stage 100GPD.
My question is I have it running right now and more water is coming out of the waste line then the filtered (good water) line.
Is that what i should expect or did I set it up wrong somehow?

On every RO system I have ever seen... you will have more waste water than you will filtered water. It's normal.

Sounds normal. On average it takes 4 gallons of waste water for 1 gallon of usable water.

water pressure and water temp. also cut back on RO water production. 75 PSI, 75 degree temp. colder water cuts water production in half. less water pressure will cut back on RO water production also. I have kent marine 30 gals a day. It takes 9 hrs. to fill 5 gal bucket
