Question About A Qt Tank

I just set up a qt tank it 5 .5 gallons i have copper in there. I put the mandrin in there to rid his problem. I look into my main tank and my blue dansel is acting all crazey, swimming fast and what appears to be him scratching on the side of the tank. Is the qt tank big enough to house both fish or do u do 1 at a time

Depends on the size of the fish...

Do not use copper with a mandarin. They will not tolerate that very well at all, possibly causing it to die just from the copper. I would hypo it VERY VERY slowly. Do you have live rock in your main tank? Any inverts?
