question about filter and skimmer

I just bought a used 72 gallon bowfront tank. It came with an Aqua Clear Aquatics Wet/Dry Filter:

75 Gallon Wet Dry Filter with Prefilter Box
Includes Pre-Filter box, Bioballs ,all tubing

Rec. Tank size limit: 75 gallons

are these any good? I plan on having corals and fish in the tank

yeah there good i have used red sea before for the prizm skimmer they have no probs imo
