Question about lighting, please help a young hobbyist!

I was wondering if anyone has or had "Marine Glo Flourescent Tubes" and could sucessfully grow corals and if so which type. I want to research this a bit before I buy. And does anyone know what kind they are? NO,HO,VHO, Power Compact? Sorry Im new to the whole lighting situation :help:

I think those are NO lights, not 100% positive, but pretty sure. Not good for corals. Any body else??

Depends on just one tube in your striplight or two. But, I have 60 watts over my 20 gallon and my mushrooms and toadstool are doing ok.
