At the LFS, they usually have those long metal lighting systems that go over the top. They look sort of like workshop lights. What kind of lighting is that for(VHO, MH, etc.)? Also, the LFS usually sells the long tube lighting, what kind of lighting is that because it says flourecent, but it is only 40 wattts?
