Question about live rock and coraline algae

Does anyone know the best setup for a new tank to get as much coraline algae as possible? I have seen pictures of new tanks whos live rock is practically covered in purple and green.

I know that sometimes people with metal halides have trouble growing coralline. I was one of those people. I've since switched to 20K 175w XM's from 10K Ushio's and have seen improved growth. Especially on my glass.
BUT I think that PC's show the best corraline growth. I have a PC lit nano that showed coraline 2 weeks after I seeded it with Marshall rock.

hm I have pcs in my 46 and i never really got too much :-/
what are your nano specs / lighting specs this question is actually for my future nano tank

7g minibow w/1 32w PC 50/50. I am going to add a 70w MH once my hood is done. Not sure why I'm having such luck, but I am happy about it.
