Question About Live Rock

my ammonia is at 0.25, nitrite is at 0.25 and nitrate is at 5 it has been at these leaves since i added the sand on saturday if i can i add the live rock will it help the levels go to where they need to be?

it will only help if it has Nitrifying and or di nitrifying bacteria on and in it and no matter what anyone tells you there is not guarantee that the bacteria is present

What should I do to get them to the correct levels? I have a 90 gallon tank how much live rock should I put in it I was thinking 100 pounds

Adding the LR will help the levels out a lot. But, depending on the condition of the rock, your levels may actually increase if the rock has to be cured.
I would put it in too, dont forget to make sure to put it on the bottom so it doesent fall later on due to critters that burrow.
