question about LS

I resently replaced my CC in my tank w/ sand and I was wondering how much LS I need to add to that to "seed" it?
I have a 55 gal and added about 150 lbs of sand.

the amount you want to add is really up to you. All you would need is a little bag of sand that had the little bugs and critters that we like to have in the sand, over time they should multiply in numbers and spread through out the tank. But the more you add the faster this process will occur i would think.
