question about mushrooms

I have just started a reef tank and it is doing great
the question I have is I have a green stripe mushroom that has
reproduced two other mushrooms that are under the big one
is there a way for me to remove them and move them to another spot in the tank
or is it best to just leave them alone.

It would best to leave them alone unless you are really comfortable with propagation. Youu would have to try to cut them from the rock and then use some sort of netting to try to get them to attack to another rock. This is done all the time, but may not be worth it for you. They will start to move and spread naturally as well.
