Question about my bio cube.

I have the 8 gallon bio-cube. In it I have Frogspawn, Hairy mushrooms, Xenia, and some zoos. Its has PC lighting. Is there any type of small anemone that I could put in there>?

I wouldn't advise an Anemone under PC lighting.
There are very few golden rules (outside of "keep them in some sort of container") in fishkeeping, but I'd strongly recommend you didn't keep an Anemone with that. Especially in such a small tank.
