question about new life on my LR???

i was looking at my LR tonight and noticed that it seems to be turning more of a purple color and there just seems to look like there is some new "stuff" growing on it too...
one of the new things is a very small plant looking thing that looks to have a small tube-like base and then red tenticle like arms (maybe they are tenticles )
anywayz they come out from the top of the tube (so they in a circle)...
can anyone tell me what they are??? i only see 2 of them and they weren't there a couple days ago (i don't think)..

The purple stuff is probally coraline alga and the tubes are tube worms. The coraline alga means that you have good lighting. Hope this helps.

I have those tube worms all over, and they seem not to cause any problems. My lfs says not to worry.
