Question about ordering fish online

Is this a safe way to order fish?
Are the fish from this site healthy fish?
Are there common problems when ordering fish online?
How are the fish kept alive?
Is someone who ordered fish offline ( from this site or not) happy with their
fish?
Are the fish nice specimens?
How long will the fish take to arrive and how long do they last in the shiping bag?

I've ordered fish from this site multiple times. I've been happy every time. They usually arrive a couple days after you order them. When I order them they usually arrive around lunch time but during the school year they have to sit in the bags until about 4 p.m. Plus if anything is doa they have a 15 day guareentee.

I too have ordered fish from this site, never a problem, once in the summer months and once in the winter. They put heat packs in a styrofoam cooler with the fish to keep them warm for their overnight trip to their new home.
