Question about PC ballast

Will this 2X96 watt run 2 65W bulbs safely? i know some PC ballast run bulbs lower that what they are sold as but i just wanted to make sure- i plugged in 2 32W bulbs just to test and they were very bright and they got hot faster than normal- just wanted to ask

I think they would fire but you would shorten the life of the bulb and maybe the ballast

you will overdrive the bulbs
