Question about reef ready tanks

I was looking into buying an oceanic reef ready tank and wanted some input on them. Please let me know what you think.

I have had a 75g RR Oceanic since Dec. 2003. It's noisy and I'm having problems with debris and microbubbles in the tank. If you are good at trouble shooting go for it. My tank has required a few modifications. I'm going to put a standpipe on it soon as well. The only advantage to the RR IMO is that you can place most of your equipment in the sump. I love mine. Jumped to a 90 after my 75 cracked for no apparent reason. The noise isn't so noticeable (sp?) since I put the worlds loudest little giant return pump on!
