Question about snails in a freshly moved tank

Just went and bought a new 75g reef ready aquarium to replace my 75g aquarium upstairs. Got everything moved and up and running and doing great. Noticed when moving everything I only had about 3 snails and 4 hermits left. How long should i wait before ordering more?

i would wait a couple weeks or so inthe mean time do some test to see if anything spikes thats just my suggestion. did you use everying as far as water and sand from old tank and put it in the new tank?

I did use the sand and most of the water from the previous tank. Did about a 20% water change during the move.

id wait a couple weeks and test cause of all the movement with the sand u might get a spike or may not i m going by what i have down when i moved tanks and swapped out.
