Why no substrate? I plan on using the QT tank for hypo only. Will the substrate interfere with hypo? I had also planed on using base rock in the QT tank. Any help is apreciated.
Agreed. Substrate can absorbe most medications. Just paint the outside bottom of the tank so the fish cant see themselves and freak or stress them. Place a few pieces of PVC in tank for them to hide in.
