Question About Tiny Bugs

I just added a refugium about 3 weeks ago. I have seen alot of growth in the refugium. On the main glass i see tiny bugs there stomias they kind of look like a shrimp. There transparent are these good and are they coming from the refigum

they are mysis shrimp I have them in my fuge too

My mysis shrimp swim around the water. The pods stay on the glass.
