question about water

does anyone have a suggestion as where to obtain water i can use for my tank, not premixed water, but fresh water i can use to do mixing? thanks for the help.

Probably the easiest solution would be to purchase a quality RO/DI unit and make your own.

agreed but you could also buy distilled water.

dont use distilled... it is often stilled with copper tubing...
go to your local wal mart... in the soft drink section there should be a machine that sells water by the gallon... its is RO (sometimes RO/Di) water... by some empty contianers and fill em up there... should be 30 to 60 cents a gallon... just look on the side of the machine to see when it was last serviced...

I have used distilled in the past and have never had a problem, but this is good to know.
