Question For Admin!!

I entered a cropped version of this pic in another contest a long time ago. I didn't win the contest, but I know I signed the pic over to them. That being said, is the uncropped version (or a more cropped version) still useable here?? That other sight uses the pic on their "live" section's opening page. Anyway, I'm not sure what the legalities are, so I'm asking you first.
Please answer quickly as the pic is a clown goby and that contest runs tomorrow.

Thanks, that was uncropped. This is supercropped. Maybe to small, but the original is on another computer in the house,

if you signed the photo over to them then you cant legally use it with another company. there is some grey lines there but in this case i dont think you can. take another one just for this site. the pic you posted looks great im sure you can do another

It's a beautiful picture but I'm afraid it can't be entered here. That picture belongs to them now regardless of the cropping.
