Question for SWF customers

I should be getting my order tomorrow. I am planning on staying home and going into work late.....
What time in the AM did people get their orders?
Please say before Noon.

Molly, I received mine by ~10:30 am, but it took awhile to acclimate everyone - I got a large clean-up crew order. good luck

it was before noon for us, but it may depend on where you are on the delivery root. you do have to acclimate but if you don't have time do it later. when we got the inverts since we both had to be in class (prof's will not execpt "i miss class cuz i was playing with fish...") we just put the bags in the tank (remember water displacement! you may have to take some water out of the tank). then after class we acclimated them.

Thanks for the info.
I am going to take all the time needed to acclimate. I just want to get an idea for when I'll be able to get into work. I clearly have my priorities in order!

You should have an e-mail from SWF.com with a tracking number for FedEx. You can track the progress of you package already. Mine came at 3PM the first order which was a next day air. The LR was 2nd day air and came the 3rd day at 9AM. I am not as impressed with FedEx as I am SWF.com.
It is very important for you to be at home or the guarantee will be voided, you have to sign for the delivery on the first attempt to deliver. If you ordered any shrimp in your package or starfish...they take twice as long to acclimate. I just took the whole day off when my package was due. Less stress on me and the clean up crew

I received my order about 11am. I had 10 different bags to acclimate and it took so long I had to play hooky from work. Next time I'm going to get a saturday delivery so I can take all the time I need to carefully acclimate.
