hey everyone i am kinda new to clownfish and anenomes i have never had 1 of either right now i have a 130 watt pc lighting and was wondering if a condy anenome would be ok in this or maybe a bubble tip??? something like that
i would like to breed clowns i think that would be cool but i dont have the cash to set up the babies own aquarium so if they bred in the tank and i didnt take them out could the babies still survive??? the other fish will be school of (6)green chromis (1)sixilne wrasse and (1)cherub angelfish could i do this or would i have to set up there own tank????

The babies would last 6 seconds in that tank if they made it to hatching. You don't have enough lighting for an anemone and I have not heard of a condy hosting ability.

I agree with hot883.
Also, that's an awfully lot of fish for a 35g. Go with 3 chromis instead of 6 and that'd be great.

Ok then...
Get at LEAST 3x65 watt PC lights and that would be enough for a Condy or BTA. Condy anemones aren't natural hosts in the wild, but they have been known to house clowns in captivity.
For breeding the clowns you will need a seperate grow-out tank for the fry, somewhere arount 10 gallons. You'll also need to grow rotifers to feed the fry, and phyto to feed the rotifers. Get the book Clownfishes by Joyce Wilkerson; it's full of into about breeding and raising clowns. No money = No chance
Then for the 10 fish you should have a bigger tank. A general guideline is 1" of fish per 5 gallons.

The clowns will guard the eggs until they hatch... but once they do, any other fish in the tank will make a quick snack of the babies. I think this is why a separate tank is so important.
I was doing some research on clownfish today and found a great link about Clownfish/Anemone Species Compatibility. The site is another commercial site, so i won't post the link. It's a pretty long chart, so I'll start a new topic for "Clownfish and Anemone Compatibility" to post the information alone.
Edit: Unless somebody else already has.
Just read Thomas712's pinned thread at the top of the Clownfish & Anemone page if you haven't already.
