question on bugs in my refugium

i was look at my refugium and i notced hundreds on tiny (pin sized) leaf looking things some were on the glass but most were on the algea. I have cheato algea in the refugium. Does anyone have this and know whats its called and is it good thanks..

i thought copepods look like a tiny shrimp these look like nudibranch almost????

Well you did say they were pin size. Ha! More than likely they are pods.

that little bit bigger than a in size about the size of a grain of rice and kind of a red color

You got flatworms, likely the red ones. They aren't really good if you have coral and get into your DT. You got a few options to get rid of them.
