question on clam lighting

is 760watts or VHO under reflectors good enough for a clam.

should be able to keep what u want i have never used vho but i have a crocea in my 90 under 432 of t5s and it likes the bottom (not normal for them) i would position what clam u get based on its normal position (reseach a little on that)and adjust it if it doesnt react well, remember to give it some time in each position because excessive movement will stress it out

ive been looking at them but not ready for it. my tank is only 2.5 months old. when is a good time to get them. age wise?
