question on how to handle acclimation?

So I have been donig acclimation as described on swf.com for all my new tank pets...
I just ordered a clean up crew that includes a nudibranch... so my question is how do I move the nudi from the bucket to the tank when the time comes? :notsure:
you can grab a snail... you can net a shrimp I think :notsure: ... but how the heck do you move a nudi without hurting it?

I'd imagine you can just gently grab it from the bucket and place it in the tank. Just don't pull too hard or anything.
