Question on quarantine

well I appreciate the opinions everyone gave me on my response to having problems with yellow tangs or anything of that size being added to my tank .I went and found a 10 gal. aquarium to start out a quaratine tank .I've added water from 55 and some gravel and rock .Question is after I've quaratined new fish for 3 weeks how do I transport them to ther home in the 55 and waht kind of medicine should I use in 10 gal. to break them in ??

You should only QT 1 fish at a time, especially since 10gal is rather small.
Get a very small deadicated container and corral the fish into the container. Then transport the fish over to his new home.
Don't medicate your QT unless a disease breaks out. You can do hyposalinity on the tank, however, while the fish is in QT.
