hey i was wondering when you start an aggressive how do you guys clean your sand and the aquarium?

Run proper filtration, large water turnover rate, and cleaning is rather minimal with the right maintenance. I do not suggest a deepsandbed, rather a shallow sand bed, and vacuum cleaning once a month.
