I jst got a protein skimmer a visi jet ps and like on another post I read all I am getting is tiny bubbles aND no icky stuff in my cup. What am I doing wrong now? Or is this thing just a piece of junk should I return it and by a diffrent one. I was going to get the one where you can see the little tornado like thing but my husband ordered me this. Any help I will appreciate!

i just got a prizm skimmer. they recommend that you give it at least a 48 hour break in period (for the prizm at least). i have been tweeking and playing with this thing for a week now. i am getting some scum (i think, still waiting for a reply) but with the prizm you have to play a lot with it. try playing with your adjustments a tad a see if this helps.
