Okay, this may be a dumb question, but....I am starting a 90, and I am trying to decide if I want aggressive fish or not. My question is....how do you have a clean up crew in an aggressive tank? Don't triggers and lionfish eat crabs and shrimp? How do you control algae without them? Thanks!! :joy:

There are quite a few species of hermits/snails that you can get, that will be fine in an aggressive tank.
Before you start this project, keep in mind that there is no species of Trigger that is suitable for a 90gal. tank and the only Lions you're gonna find that are ok are the Dwarf species.

aggressives are fine but by their nature you will run into compatability troubles. I have an aggressive and so far no problems but it is a much larger tank than yours and I am aware that it likely a matter of time before somene in the tank goes on a rampage.
As far as a cleaing crew I have various hermits and snails but do have to replenish them every few weeks because I do have triggers. Luckily I live about a mile from the gulf and can replenish easily.
