questions about lighting

OK, so I have this 10g tank that I would like to make into a nano reef. We have a 55g aggressive tank so I can't put any corals or anything in it. I really like the mushrooms I've seen posted here and from what I can tell they're low light. My question is what is considered low light on a 10g and what else could I put in there with them? I have a 3 stripe damsel and a yellowtail blue damsels that I would like to put in the 10 also. Think they'd be ok with mushrooms and the like? Your help is greatly appreciated! :help:

yea the damsels will be okay in a ten.. and with the corals... but with each other may be a diff. story.. they may get territorial
lighting a ten so your mushrooms are happy would prob take about 40-50 watts..
they sell coralife 96w 50/50 compact lighting for $88 online and is pretty standard with a ten.. also leaves the window open if you'd like to keep LPS in the future :D

the damsels are in my 55g now. Lil' Blue stays out of the way because the other one is very agressive.
If I use 96W, is that too much for mushrooms?

yea room becomes an issue in a 10 .. you may find them to not get along at all in such a cramped area
if they begin to ight.. remove one or both
the 96w fixture is not overkill .. it works very great ... i've had mine for over a year... along with many other reefers

yes the quad 96watt is killer. I love it on my ten. fits perfect, its not overkill, you can keep almost anything you would want within reason, and its very good quality.
