Can someone please help me understand the attraction to thse corals (i mean stuff like echinophilia, brains, favia/faviites, as well as others that maybe dont fit that category such as candy canes and leathers... )? I love my zoo's cause the move and react to touch and stuff (no, i dont poke em all day long >__>, my fish and crabs do that for me lol)... do thet open up in any way? can someone show me open/closed picsof these? (specially those mentioned above.. or anyother u got that are cool)... also min requirements for whatever u post would be appreciated

My bubble coral and frogspawn both react to touch, but my acro is hard to see when the polops go in cause they are very small. The only sps I have that requires real intense light is the acro, the lps need medium to strong lighting.

so for example.... I have a 24 gal aquapod with stock lighting. What type of bulbs would I have to put in to keep SPS/LPS that require medium to strong? also for anyone else who see's this, open/close pics of corals like th ones mentioned above would be awesome
